Trader Alternatives is a small editorial team. We read everything, and we respond to every message that warrants a response — but we do not respond instantly, and we do not respond to mass-pitched press releases. The average turnaround for editorial mail is two business days; for tips, faster; for vendor outreach, slower.
If you are writing to dispute a published verdict, please send the specific contested claim and the source supporting your version. "I disagree with the review" is read; "the pricing on Section II is out of date as of last week's plan change" gets a faster reply and, if confirmed, a published correction.
